More accolades were handed out today as the National Board of Review released its list of best films and work for the year, plus their standard "Top" lists.
This year's list was pretty standard, but offered some of the biggest surprises (positive and negative) of the award season, so far. Notable omissions from the top lists include The Hobbit, The Master, and Life of Pi. Surprising additions include The Perks of Being a Wallflower.
