The Colorado mountains will be full of film lovers beginning tomorrow as the 40th Telluride Film Festival kicks into gear. As is tradition, the fest waited until today to announce the line-up of films.

This year's fest includes some of the year's most anticipated titles, as well as other festival hits and special presentations.

A few titles included in the announcement include: Alfonso Cuaron's Gravity (which premiered this week at the Venice Film Festival to cheering crowds and please critics), Jason Reitman's Labor Day, Alexander Payne's Nebraska, the Coen brothers' Inside Llewyn Davis, and J.C. Chandor's All is Lost.

The list also includes many "TBA" slots for special surprise screenings. This was the festival where Argo surprised festival goers. That film, obviously, went on to win the Best Picture Oscar.

The line-up isn't much different than the upcoming Toronto Film Festival, though Telluride isn't quite as large as Toronto.

The festival will also feature tributes to many different artists, including: Robert Redford, T-bone Burnett, the Coen brothers, and Mohammed Rasoulof.

The Telluride Film Festival runs tomorrow, August 29, through next week.
