In a press release, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences announced key dates for the 90th Academy Awards, as well as ceremonies for the next four years.
The 90th Academy Awards will air on ABC on Sunday, March 4, 2018. The annual ceremony has traditional aired in late February in recent years, but is moving to the first Sunday of March due to the Winter Olympics schedule. The 90th ceremony will be held at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood. The Oscars will be televised live in more than 225 countries and territories worldwide.
The 91st, 92nd, and 93rd Oscars are set for February 24, 2019, February 23, 2020, and February 28, 2021.
New for the 90th Academy Awards, the Academy is partnering with the LA Philharmonic for a special Oscar week celebration. On February 28, 2018, the Academy will host The Oscar Concert at the Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles, featuring this year's nominated scores live in concert.
