Nominees // 65th ACE EDDIE AWARDS

After the nice holiday break, the awards circuit is back up and running. The American Cinema Editors announced their nominations yesterday for the 65th Annual ACE Eddie Awards. The awards recognize achievements in editing for motion pictures, television, and documentaries. The winners will be announced on January 30, 2015 during a ceremony at the Beverly Hilton. These awards are seen as a major precursor for the winners of the Oscars each year. In fact, since 1981, not a single Best Picture winner wasn't nominated for an Eddie first.
