Winners // 2016 CHICAGO FILM CRITICS ASSOCIATION AWARDS

Barry Jenkins, once again, continues to barrel through the critics awards with wins for Moonlight.

The only true noticeable thing in the round-up of awards from the Chicago Film Critics Association is the multiple wins for The Handmaiden. The South Korean film, from praised director Chan-wook Park is earning plenty of raves as one of the year's best, but will not be competing in the Foreign Language category at the upcoming Oscars.
