The Atlanta Film Critics Circle has awarded Yorgos Lanthimos' The Favourite as the year's best film. The costume comedy took first place in the AFCC's Top Ten roster. A Star is Born came in second place.


Alfonso Cuarón's Roma earned the most wins, including mentions for Best FOreign Language Film, Best Director, and Best Cinematography.
