Winners // 2018 PHOENIX CRITICS CIRCLE AWARDS

The Favourite sweeps up another Best Film prize.

Marvel/Sony's late-in-the-game player, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse has taken critics group by storm, earning Best Film prizes, not just animation mentions.

The Phoenix Critics Circle awarded its top prize for films based on comic books or graphic novels. This is notable since Disney/Marvel's major awards season player, Black Panther, was also in contention here.

The best film prize went to The Favourite.
